Case Study: St Marys Bay Villa

A continuation of Foreshore Plumbing's trialling of our new aquatherm flexi pipe system, this existing villa is typical of the old adage "worst house best street". St Marys Bay, one of the first settled areas in Auckland waterfront region is now one of the most desired and expensive suburbs in New Zealand.

We were keen to be involved in a classic villa refurbishment and "add on" to gauge first hand and experience the suitability of the product for tight confined plumbing installation, fitting into old timers and pipe fit outs in under floor crawl spaces.

All up, the plumber and our team were very happy with the end result. Flexi definitely pulls well through tight configurations and timber work, comes real straight off the roll, and there is a definite elasticity advantage in the pipe when installing.
