Stephen Derig
Director – Sales & Marketing
Joint founding aquatherm director, Stephen is responsible for marketing, sales team management, site support and training. With extensive overseas involvement with thermoplastics and 17 years’ experience in the New Zealand plumbing industry, he offers deep technical expertise, on-the-job knowledge and a detailed understanding of the requirements of architects, engineers, builders and plumbers.
Steve is based in Auckland at our head office in Penrose.

Milton Sands
Director – Technical
Joint founding director, Milton has more than 42 years’ experience in the plumbing industry. With an in-depth knowledge of thermoplastics - and in particular PP-R - Milton offers immense insights and a detailed grasp of product applications to aquatherm and the industry. He oversees all training, technical installation support, specifier backup and general problem and solution management.
Milton is based in Auckland at our head office in Penrose.

Paul Eagleton
South Island Sales Manager
Paul joined aquatherm in 2012 and has been involved in the pipeline industry for 18 years.
He was originally involved with the installation of Polyethylene for water, sewage and gas on infrastructure and sub-division projects. Paul has 13 years of PPR involvement in New Zealand with Mico, Wavin and Ekoplastik. Paul's experience with thermoplastic pipe work is invaluable for our customers, consultants and team in the South Island.

Neil MacDonald
Lower South Island Sales Manager
No stranger to the lower South Island plumbing community, Neil is a plumber by trade and brings on board 12 years of aquatherm PPR experience to both training and installation support, specification understanding and distribution.

Heather Thompson
Customer Service Representative
Heather comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in customer service and logistics. Heather’s responsibilities involve all processing of orders, dispatching and the essential component of communication regarding all orders and their delivery.
Naveen and the team are fully focused on the picking and packing of aquatherm products for dispatch along with tool servicing and the distribution of hire equipment.
Heather is based at aquatherm's warehouse, 36 Rockridge Avenue, Penrose, Auckland.

Naveen Kumar
Warehouse Manager
Naveen has been involved in the plumbing industry for nine years having spent six years warehousing aquatherm systems with Plumbing World CDF before joining us to manage aquatherm’s warehousing and inventory logistics. Naveen's knowledge and experience with aquatherm's products is not only extensive but he also supports distribution requirements for purchasing, servicing of aquatherm tools, hire and general customer service.
