Please welcome our new Customer Service Representative

We are very pleased to announce that Heather Thompson joined aquatherm NZ Ltd in April this year as our Customer Service Representative.  

Heather comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in customer service and logistics. Heather’s responsibilities involve all processing of orders, dispatching and the essential component of communication regarding all orders and their delivery.

Naveen and the team are fully focused on the picking and packing of aquatherm products for dispatch along with tool servicing and the distribution of hire equipment.

Heather is based at aquatherm's warehouse, 36 Rockridge Avenue, Penrose, Auckland.  

All orders for the warehouse come through to Heather at orders@aquatherm.co.nz

Also part of the crew is Engerleen Ah Dar, Reception & Customer Service Support who is also responsible for processing of Warranty test forms, installer cards & certificates.
