151 Victoria Street Auckland CBD

Under construction at 151 Victoria Street is the new Mansons TCLM Ltd’s 4 Star Greenbuild project comprising a state of the art commercial environment with two large 
blocks joining over multi levels in the busy CBD area. 

The team at Express Plumbing, an Albany based commercial company, are installing aquatherm green for all hot and cold plumbing.  We are privileged to be involved with Mansons and Express Plumbing on these awesome commercial projects in Auckland. They are great sites to work on and the detail and architecture is always cutting edge.  Ben and the boys on site are handling this complex installation involving multiple risers, large toilet blocks of in-wall plumbing and a carpark area of exposed pipework. 

Also on site, Axis Plumbing (pictured left) are installing aquatherm blue for all chilled water services 75mm and under on all floor run outs to the units.  A feature of the installation is a large amount of preassembly of the blue pipe utilising the large jigs as a predominent amount of the run outs are repeated floor by floor, and with two tower blocks of multi stories, efficiencies can be made in this manner.
