The Glen Innes Music and Arts Centre for Young People

The Glen Innes Music and Arts Centre for Young People is under construction with Hawkins Construction and all piped out in aquatherm green by the team at Hanlon Plumbing.

The Development of the centre sees the realization of a long held community dream for a purpose built music and arts facility.

The two storey building will feature a dance studio, music tuition and rehearsal spaces, and visual art workshops and classrooms. It also includes an auditorium that will have the capacity to accommodate up to 200 people.

Adrianne Celebrin and his site team (run by young Kieran, Site Leader) are doing a great install with surprisingly large water requirements with aquatherm use in hot, cold and reclaimed water right through to wing back installation. The design is complex and no wall seems to be at right angles. 

Nice pre preparation of runs and well installed with bending legs to smaller dimension fixed point connections. Hanlons are also just completing the final stages at Metlife Retirement Village in Takapuna in green pipe.
