M Central, Puttney Way, Auckland

This project has 114 apartments with a mix of 1012 sqm of retail space.  This building is installed with a Rinnai Storage Pak hot water system located on the roof with a flow & return running through the building.

All aquatherm green risers and back bones throughout are being installed by Ben Coutts and his commercial team at MCB Plumbing. This is a really substantial green pipe installation……well done Ben,a top job from the team.
