EPL Elastomer Products Limited - New Christchurch Head Office & Production Facility

EPL was formed in 1974  and make glazing gaskets, seals, silicon rubber profiles, and nylon tubing.  They manufacture to a range of industries including building, healthcare, marine, transport, and agriculture.This new Head Office design and production facility for EPL has a total floor area of 5,773 m2.

Green pipe was used for all plumbing applications.  Blue pipe was used for HVAC, heating and cooling of the office areas.  Blue pipe was used for mechanical operation, the cooling of the extruders and the product as it come out of the extruders.
